The first phase of the CTI complex will begin with the construction of a hotel of 100,000 square meters that will have a guitar shape and will have a capacity of 600 rooms. Next to this hotel there will be a space for concerts with a capacity of more than 15,000 people, where live performances will be enhanced.
In addition, the project will include the incorporation of a second hotel in collaboration with Port Aventura, aimed at a more familiar tourism with 500 rooms available. Regarding commercial, Value Retail will build a complex of 75 large brand stores in a 10,000 square meter area, similar to the Roca Village, which will also include restaurants and entertainment establishments such as theaters and convention centers.
To be eligible to build the new resort, Hard Rockhas posted a bond of 3 million euros, which adds to the 2.5 million it deposited a year ago, when the process for the construction of the tourist center began.
The first phase, detailed above, has a budgeted investment of 600 million euros which will create around 2,100 direct jobs. It is estimated that the total investment of the construction of the tourist complex will amount to 2,000 million euros, which in the long run will generate an economic impact in the area of ​​more than 1.3 billion euros.
